Directions to Sims Traveling South

From Suncoast Parkway:

Exit at Spring Hill Drive, turn left.  Airport Industrial Park is approximately 1 mile on right side of Spring Hill Drive.  After you turn into the park, there is a sign with directions to Sims.

From I-75:

I-75 south to SR 50. Go west on 50 to US41. Take 41 south to Spring  Hill Drive. make a right turn onto Spring Hill Drive and go approximately 1-1.5 miles to the Airport Industrial Park. The park is on the left. After you turn into the park, there is a sign directing you to Sims.

From US 19:

Take US 19 south to Spring Hill Drive, turn left (there's a big "waterfall" making the entrance into Spring Hill). Take Spring Hill Dr. approximately 13 miles to the Airport Industrial Park. The park will be on the right. After you turn into the park, there is a sign directing you to Sims.

Directions to Sims traveling North:

From I-75:

Take I-75 North past Tampa to SR 50. Take 41 south to Spring Hill Drive. make a right turn onto Spring Hill Drive and go approximately 1-1.5 miles to the Airport Industrial part. The park is on the left. After you turn into the park, there is a sign directing you to Sims.

From US 19:

Tampa International Airport to Sims via Veterans Expressway/Suncoast Parkway

When you leave the airport, take the exit for the Veteran's Expressway (toll road).  Take the Veteran's  Expressway which automatically turns into the Suncoast Parkway.  From the airport to the Spring Hill Drive exit is about 35-40 miles.  Take a right at the end of the Spring Hill Drive exit and go approximately 1 - 1.5 miles to the Airport Industrial Park which will be on your right. Turn into the park and there is a sign directing you to Sims.

Directions to Hotels from Sims

Take Suncoast Parkway to the State Road 50 exit.  At the light make a left turn on to Highway 50 West.  Go approximately 4-5 miles.  on Highway 50, almost to Rt. 19.  On the right-hand side of Highway  50, there will be a Comfort Inn,  9373 Cortez Blvd (Hwy 50), Brooksville, Fl.  Phone is (352) 596-9000.  At the stoplight at 50 & US 19, as you turn left onto highway 19, there will be a Best Western on the left side which is directly across the road from the Weeki Wachee Theme Park.  Best Western address is 6172 Commercial Way (Highway US 19), Spring Hill, Fl., phone (352) 596-2007.
